there's typo error kasi on my birth certificate about my surname instead of "a" ang sinulat ng midwife is "o",so paanu po ang process nito pano q maaus un para makakuha naq ng passport and other requirements ko?
kung my babayaran how much will it cost naman?

an admin petition under ra 9048 filed at the local civil register where your birth certificate is registered
