Good day. Does the presumption of legitimacy provided by the family code, the same when FC was not yet enacted? Specifically, the assumption that sexual intercourse happened on the first 120 days of 300-day pregnancy duration?
What law was governing back then (e.g. 1980) when FC was not yet enacted?
