2.they retained a portion of our salary called "retention/cash bond" every month, 1,000 pesos, to ensure performance.we were only informed that they will deduct only after we have finished our first day of work?
3.our salary is divided into 3. one that is declared for BIR/DOLE purposes, tax shield. ALLOWANCE which is definitely part of our salary, undeclared. and the other envelope called,"white" which is also undeclared, and we are required to sign a blank cash voucher, without dates and figures. all in all, this sums up our salary. they said, in case the employee runs off, they can put amounts in the blank cash vouchers we signed.
4. moreso, when people resigned, the manager do not include the WHITE pay in the computation for the last pay only the DECLARED and allowance. the white pay contains the bigger portion of our salary.
5. there were employees whose last pay were held because the manager wants them to have a turnover, but the manager is so ill mannered, she insulted us like were not even professionals. so it gave reason for all other employees to resign without warning.
6. is one month after resignation legal for them to release our retained cash bond and remaining salary? they have terminated a driver, whom they gave notice at 5pm that he will no longer report for work the following day. that was january, though he was terminated, until this day, his remaining salary and cash bond is not yet released. the other logistics staff resigned last october, and the manager didnot release it until yesterday. that's almost 4 months.
