OO naman, right mo naman humingi ng COE kahit active ka pa. Sabihin mo, halos lahat ng establishment ngayon ay humingi ng COE.

e.g. Phone Plan. Globe and/or Smart can demand proof of employment. Payslips and COEs are examples of that.

Yes basta makapagpa-clearance ka.

Pwede kang magkaroon ng backpay kung meron ka pang sweldong hindi natatanggap at kung meron kang sobrang tax na nabayad.

need ko po ng help para maliwanagan ako...
so eto po scenario ko....nag work po ako sa isang call center company nun nov 13, 2014 tapos medyo hirap po ako na pe-pressure kasi first call center experience ko tpos masyadong mataas expectation nila sakin kasi naka tsamba ako sa first month ko sa production floor eh pang tenure or regular ung score card ko so ang taas ng expectation nila sakin then nung january dun na nag simula bumaba ung score card ko....madalas nko pinu-pull out ng TL ko sa station ko for coaching dahil nga sa ngyayare sa score card ko....bumababa na daw ung over all score ng team nmin....so medyo pressured na tlga ako kaya nag awol ako for 2days......gumawa nko ng resignation letter then after 2days nga tumawag na sakin ung TL ko tinatanong ako kung papasok pba ako.....eto na ang scenario sinabi ko sa TL ko over the phone na "mag re-resign nko TL hndi ko po kaya ma meet ung mga expectation sakin sa floor papasok po ako bukas para ma submit ung resignation letter ko...." eto sagot nia sakin "ok, sige hndi kana papasok,ganito nlng gawin mo, wag ka muna pumunta ng company for 2 weeks may mga ma re-receive ka na RTWO ignore mo lng pati mga calls sa company, then after two weeks dumiretso ka sa HR para kumuha ng clearance form"

so ginawa ko ung advice nia feb.6, 2015 if im not mistaken nag punta ko ng company diretso ako sa HR nag request ng clearance form then nun nakuha ko na ung clearance form nka lagay na nga sa reason of leaving ko is "job abandonment" which is true nmn tlga....so hndi ko na ma contact ung TL ko pero na process parin nmn ung clearance form ko and nakuha ko padin ung last pay ko.....


so this month nga po nag start na ulit ako mag hanap ng work at NBI is one of the requirements....2x na po ako nakakuha ng NBI mabilis ng nmn process....pero for the 3rd time na kukuha na po ako nung firday july 8, 2016 eh nag karoon na po ng HIT ung NBI ko....wla tlga ako maisip na pwede ko maging kaso sinabi lng skin is bumalik ng july 18,2016 ......

posible po ba na ung previous employer ko nag sampa ng case skin??? kasi natatandaan ko din po tlga sa contract na pinirmahan ko na pag hndi ko tinapos ung 6months contract e kelangan ko sila bayaran ng 40k?

PS: sorry po kung mahaba ung message ko medyo stress out na tlga ako e

Meron kang "hit" so meron kang kaparehong pangalan na merong criminal case.

Malamang titingnan pa nila yung records ng fingerprints mo at nung isang tao at ihahambing.

Nakuha mo na ba ang clearance at final pay mo sa kumpanya?

Anyway, hindi naman usually lalabas yang sitwasyon mo sa NBI lalo na kung hindi criminal case ang sitwasyon mo kahit magreklamo pa ang kumpanya.

napirmahan na po lhat ng dpat pa pirma sa clearance form ko last year and nakuha ko din nmn po final pay ko 2nd week or 3rd week po ng february 2015.....hndi nalang ako nag request ng COE kasi akala ko hndi ka bibigyan ng COE pag job abandonment nka lagay sa reason for leaving mo sa clearance form

so ung HIT ko sa NBI it is unlikely na case from my previous employer?? and since wla nmn ako alam na criminal case ma-clear din ako pag balik ko ng july 18,2016?

Hi good day po.. gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung pwede ko pang makuha ang last pay ko sa company.. na awol po kase ako, yung i.d po kase ay ng expired na, hnd ko na po nagawang ipasa ang renewal letter ko dhil ngkasakit po ang nanay ko at kinailangan ko umuwi ng province agad2.ngayon po nghhingi po ako ng clearance pra mkuha ko po yung last pay ko kase aabot din po yun sguro ng 15k. Ayaw po ako bgyan ng supervisor ko hnd po nya din snasagot ang mga txt ko. Nsabe din po ng dati kong ksamahan na hnd daw po ako bbgyan ng clearance dhil galit daw po sakin ang visor.. gusto ko lng po mlaman na kht po ba ganun eh karapatan ko pdn po bang makuha yung pinagtrabahuhan ko.. maraming salamat po.

Kung ang pangalan mo ay napaka-common (Juan dela Cruz or John Smith) na maraming merong ganung pangalan, susuriin pa nila yan dahil nga baka ikaw yung hinahanap nilang suspect.

Malamang walang kinalaman ang issue mo sa dating kumpanya.

Wala ka na rin namang magagawa kunsakali dahil nasa NBI na ang detalye mo.

Hello po need help,

I AWOL last time in my 2nd BPO company as Technical Support dahil pressured and stressful work, ang nangyayari samin like hindi makakapag break if di magawa ng 7 call in 2:30 hr and having biased atmosphere. I submitted resignation sa HR and put a reason "Going to school" which is true but I didn't put the other reason is yun nga dahil sa environment. They asked me to render 30 days of work but hindi na ako pumasok and right now I'm studying and still not receiving any memo or letter being AWOL even after 2~4 months ng nakakalipas.

Do I still need to get some files on my previous company(2nd BPO Company) in case na mag work ulit ako after 2 years after I graduate? Anu po need ko kunin if sakali and need to do?

Of course. COE and BIR 2316 Form are the most important docs that you must get.

Hi,

Serious question here please.

I was hired by a Company A and have offered me a Signing Bonus. The signing bonus was 192,000. It was quite big in the Philippines to be offered with that Signing Bonus. My position is Supervisory. Apparently, my visa from Malaysia just arrived and I need to resign na with my Company A. Note: It was like only 2 -3 weeks when I started from Company A and I already get my signing bonus and my first salary.

What shall I do? are they gonna sue me on this? I am afraid. This makes me think a lot as I wanted to go to Malaysia since the offer is ridiculously bigger than the salary here in the Philippines.

sir, nag hit po pangalan ko sa NBI concern lang po ako kasi the last time na nag work ako pinahiya at tinanggal ako ng manager sa pinagtatrabahoan ko. nag absent kasi ako for 2 days pero pinaalam ko yung supervisor namin, nagalit ang manager kasi hindi ko daw sya na inform pinapasa pa nga nya ako ng med. cert, pero galit parin at sinabing hindi na daw ako magpapakita sa kanya panay insulto at mura ginawa nya, ang sabi naman po sa akin nung taong tumolong sa akin na nag tatrabaho sa agency ililipat daw ako sa iba co. pero wala na akong natanggap na txt or call mag 3 months na. wala na po communication, baka po nag file sila nang awol sa akin sir. paano po ba to? maapektohan ba NBI clearance ko pag nagkataon na nag file sila? pls reply gusto ko lang po malaman kung maapektohan ba

Baka naman meron ka lang kapangalan.

Hindi ka pwede magka-record sa NBI kung walang desisyon sa korte kunsakaling merong kasong sinampa sa iyo.
