hi po...i need your advice atty.. I am about to give birth this April 2012. But my husband and I were already separated last January.I don't wanna see him anymore even the day that I will be giving birth. But I was thinking, if he will not be there..who will sign for the birth certificate of my baby? How if my mother will be the one that will sign for my baby BC under my husband's name would it be ok? does my second child will be recognize as his legitimate child? For now, he is just supporting our eldest daughter... as I know I can also demand for a support from him because we are still married am I right for this one too?please advice..thanks po...

even if your husband doesnt sign the birth cert, he will still be considered the father and the child will be legitimate if you present your marriage certificate.
