need legal advice po about sa rights ng Father sa anak nya.
Hindi sila married ng mother ng child but the child uses the fathers surname.

nasa abroad ang mother ng bata. At sa Father nakatira ang bata. hindi na okay ang relationship ng mother at father.
inuutusan ng mother ung kapatid nya ( currently yaya ng bata na pinapasahod ng father ) na itakas ung bata at itatago na pra hindi mkita ng father.

Anu po ang pwede gawin laban dito?
pwede po ba kasuhan ung yaya na magtatakas sa bata kht may consent ng nanay na nsa ibang bansa?

sna po matulungan nio ako kng ano ang dapat gawin kong action pra hindi mailayo ang bata sa kanyang ama.

moderator
in the absence of the physical presence of the mother, it is arguable that the father has the right to custody.

if those people did not actually do anything then there's no case to be filed.

good day...I am 33 years old,married,government employee,living with my 4 and 2 year-old -kids.Their mother left almost a year now,she said she'll go abroad,but until now no financial support,no phonecall,no SMS.Due to curiousity,my latest news from her FB account,shes using her maiden name and used the term single...what are the legal actions i should do regarding our marriage and her abandonment of her children.In addition,my kids are still young,how about the custody issue? thanks...God Bless

IM ABOUT TO APPLY FOR MY SPOUSE-VISA AUSTRALIA HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES..
I HAVE 3YRS.OLD DAUGHTER,SHES MY KID FROM A PAST-RELATIONSHIP.
OF COURSE MY DAUGTER IS INCLUDED TO MY APPLICATION..I RAISED HER ALL BYMYSELF..
SHES USING MY SURNAME
IM NOT MARRIED TO HER FILIPNO-FATHER
NO FATHER'S NAME IN HER BIRTH CERT OR ANY SIGNATURE OR AKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM HIS FATHER.

MY QUESTION
WHAT DOCS SHUD I PRESENT THAT SHES IN MY SOLE CUSTODY
I HAVE HER BIRTH-CERT AND BAPTISMAL..

DO I STILL NEED AFFIDAVIT?,IF SO..WHAT KIND?

MY CASE IS DIFF TO OTHERS..
SHES USING MY SURNAME
NO FATHERS NAME OR SIGNATURE IN HER BIRTH-CERT.

ALL LEAVE AS N/A

ONLY MY NAME ON HER BIRTH-CERT..
