hello po...nais ko lamang po ishare ang experience ko sa company ko...gusto ko po sanang mag AWOL na lang sa trabaho since sobrang sama ng ugali ng boss ko..i've been working with this company for almost 8 yrs now..sobrang tiniis ko lahat ng masamang ugali ng boss ko..hanggang dumating na ko sa point na ayoko na..tama na...gusto ko sanang mag AWOL na lang sa work sa kadahilanang 1) HIndi kami pinapasahod sa tamang petsa ng pagsahod delayed ng ilang days at minsan pa eh weeks, minsan para pa syang bumbay half half...2) Base sa rules ng company ang mga natitirang sickleave namin n di nagamit ay dapat bayaran ngunit sa kasamaang palad until now un last year na sickleave pay ay di pa din nabibigay 3) Nun chineck ko ang SSS contribution ko last 2008 pa sila huling naghulog at deliquent na ko sa loan ko pati na rin sa monthly contribution kahit na may deduction ako sa payslip ng sss ko pati na din ang sa PAG-IBIG contribution ay di nahuhulugan... 4) Kapag umabsent ka kahit valid na maysakit ka talaga at di ka nila pinayagan automatic DOUBLE deduction un sa salary mo(saklap...di ba..2 days deduct salary agad kahit 1 day lang umabsent)... sa mga kahilanang ito kaya nais ko ng umalis...ngunit ng nabasa ko ng maigi ang contract namin ito ang nakalagay : EMPLOYEE SHALL NOT FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RESIGNATION OR TERMINATION FROM EMPLOYER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY COMPETE WITH EMPLOYER AS INVESTOR AND/OR MANAGING PRINCIPAL OF ANY BUSINESS ENTITY IN THE SAME LINE OF BUSINESS NOR WORK WITH SAID ENTITY AS AN EMPLOYEE REGARDLESS OF POSITION . IN THE EVENT OF RESIGNATION , EMPLOYEE WHO HOLDS A SENSITIVE POSITION AGREES TO OBSERVE SIXTY(60) DAYS PRIOR NOTICE TO TRAIN HIS/HER REPLACEMENT AND TO ACHIEVE ORDERLY TRANSITION AND TURNOVER...tanong ko lang po and need ko talaga ng legal advice kung ako po ay mag AAWOl sa work dahil nais ko na talagang umalis without the notice of 60 days eh may habol po ba ang kumpanya ko sakin...at sa kadahilanang nakakuha na din po ako ng work sa mas magandang company which is competitor namin..wala po bang paraan para mailaban o madepensahan ko ang sarili ko sa pag sue ng case ng employer ko kung sakaling di ko sinunod ang nasaad sa contract dahil na din sa mga kadahilanang nilahad ko sa taas? anu po ang maari at magandang gawin para dito...maraming salamat po at sanay matulungan nyo ako sa aking problema....
