Accountant na manloloko, gusto ko po masingil sa di nya na-remit na tax sa BIR at overpricing

good afternoon po. Meron po kasi ako naging accountant sa maliit kong tindahan sa divisoria 2007 po yun, inayos at binayaran nya ang business permit ko, dti at bir taxes. Meron siyang assistant si lily at ito ang pumupunta sa pwesto namin para maningil at nagiiwan sya ng note of payments, naka-computerized sa maliit na papel at sinusulatan lang ng mga binayad ko sa kanya pero di resibo. hanggang 2009 lang po itong negosyo ko, nanay ko po ang mayari talaga at sa akin lang nakapangalan ang permit,dti at tin. Ang problema ko po, nagtayo ako ng business sa cavite at ng inaayos ko po tin ko sa bir nakita na may open cases pa ako na di pala binabayaran ng accountant at asstnt nya. mula 2007 to 2009, 1601 bir taxes di nya na-remit. Hawak ko po lahat ng mga papers and documents pero nakapirma dun yung assistant nya. At yung sa husband ko po pinaayos namin yung rdo nya sa bir pra ma-close na yung dati nyang business at ma-transfer lng ng rdo, sinigil kami ng 8k, humingi kami ng written receivd copy na nagbayad kami s kanya pero di pala inayos. Ang asawa ko din po nagayos sa bir kya nalaman namin na di nila inayos at nadagdagan pa kami ng penalty. Gusto ko po sya singilin at i-trap sna dahil baka i-deny nya lang kami dahil sa cellphone lang kami nagkkausap. ano po dapat kong gawin? salamt po sana matulungan nyo ko. Aabot po kasi ng 15k ung open cases na di nya pala na-remit, 8k yung binayad namin na di naman nya inayos, ito po yung sa asawa ko.

send a demand letter for an accounting of what you paid. the failure to account will be evidence of malversation.

Sir pano po ba gumawa ng demand letter, ippagawa po ba yun sa attorney? i-mail lang po ba yun? di ko po kasi alam address nya.
