hello po...ask ko lang po about sa homeowners association sin po ba dapat ang mamuno?nakakuha po kc kme ng house and lot sa xavera subdivision,mabalacat pampanga...pero ang pinagtataka ko po ay meron napo silang sariling homeowners association na ang namumuno ay ung developer ata...d po ba dapat mga nakatira sa subdivion ang magbobotohan para sa magiging homeowners association...???tsaka pa pag my pinapapasok na gamit o construction materials ay naniningil ang gwardiya ng kaukulang bayad...legal po ba ang ginagawa nilang paniningil???magbbyad ka nga...tpos pag my nanakawan wala naman silang nagagawa...also about sa use ng facility like pool my limit po ba talaga?kasi bago ka makapasok sa pool ay need mo muna kumuha ng ticket dun sa hoa office limited to 4people only...meron pa po bgo po namin kinuha ung bahay ay my offer sila na free ung school kc under daw po ng abs cbn foundation...pero ngaun ay may bayad napo kasi hindi nraw sila binabayaran ng xevera..at pag gus2 u gamitin ung facility hall nila like for parties/any other occation ay may kaukulang bayad din po hindi po ba dapat free ang pag gamit dito?

inquire when was the last election and see when the next one is supposed to be. ask for a copy of the by laws.
