eh yung mali ng computation nila ng tax refund? ano po pwede ikaso sa kanila? kase nag-umpisa ako sa kanila late june, pero ang ikinakaltas sa akin na tax, yung full year tax, so last december, dapat at least man lang 50% nung tax na ibinayad ko from july to december ang marerefund pero mga 15% lang ang naibigay.

dapat kase may marefund pa ako sa kanila na mga 30k-40k on top of the 20k tax refund na nakuha last december

heto yung similar tax computation na ginawa ko:

gross - 80000
sss - 500
pagibig - 100
philhealt-375

taxable - 79025

income from july to december- 474150
end of june salary - 29000
14th month pay - 54419
total taxable income - 557569
tax exemption - 50000
net taxable income - 507569
tax actual paid - 125000 + 0.32*7569
= 127422.08

actual tax deduction(base sa payslip):
07/2011 - 31322
08-12/2011 - 21038*6=168304
14th month tax - 8000(di ako sure pero sigurado mas mataas pa dito)
actual tax deducted - 207626
actual tax refund recieved last december - 24000
so dapat may makukuha pa sana ako na:
207626 - (24000 + 127422.08) = 56000 na mahigit
