Hi! I would just like to inquire on tenure...
Is contractual of 5-months period counted in the length of stay in the company? After this period, I already continued my employment as probationary. We can avail of early retirement in our company provided that we have served for at least 10 years. I started July 2002 as contractual and signed my probationary period by Dec 2002. Please help me.

i would argue that it should be but i would also not recommend you make a big fuss if the company doesn't allow it.
