Hello po sa lahat.ive decided na magka postpaid plan dahil ang akala ko magiging okay. yun pala i never thought that its gonna be a huge problem to me. inavail ko is plan 600 sa sun cellular. nung una okay naman sya. sa cavite ako nakatira. july 2011 ako kumuha sa kanila plan 600, with handset LG optimusme p350 , lock in period for 30months. ang mali ko di ko naintindihan yung terms & conditions sa pre term. my fault. lately, dec. 2011, nagsimula yung prob. nawalan ng signal yung sun sa bahay namen . yung mga hotspots nawala ren. i called sooooooooooo many times sa cust service pero pinapag pasahan lang ako at sorry ng sorry na ganun yung nagyare. nung pumunta ako sa shop sinabi wala sila magagawa kasi signal raw yun at tumawag raaw ako sa cust service hotline.it was so time consuming and so frustrating waiting for the response.it beccame difficult for me to answer calls and texts. pag papasok ako ng bahay walang signal kahit lumabas wala pa ren. kailangan ko pa pumunta sa kalsada magkasignal lang. sabi ko khit yung service charge i half nila ok na ko run bale 300 ileless. ayaw nila pumayag. panu naman yun dba?so unfair. wala sila signal tas gusto buo service charge? need ko pa mag globe para mktxt?pls help, balak ko sana wag na bayaran.kaso im afraid mademanda.??
