1999 po kami kinasal, 2005 ng makipaghiwalay sa akin ang (ex) husband ko, sinasabihan nya mga kasamahan namin dito sa trabaho na wala na syang pakialam sa akin at sabi nya sana makahanap na ako ng lalake na magmamahal sa akin para maka-move on na ako. 2010 po ng akoy magkaboyfriend, pareho po kami ng aking (ex) husband at current partner ko ng company na pinagtatrabahuhan. Di po lihim ang aming relasyon ng aking partner, sa katunayan may pinirmahan kami agreement na naka-file sa aming HR na wala na po kaming pakialaman sa isat-isa. Witness din po ang aming manager na gusto na nyang magkaron ako ng boyfriend para makapag-move on ako. 2011 po ng magdalang tao ako, di rin po ito lihim sa aking (ex) husband at sa mga kapwa kasamahan namin dito sa trabaho. ngyon po 2012, nanakot po sya na kakasuhan daw nya po ako ng adultery para daw po mabilis ma-annul ang aming kasal, meron na rin po kasi syang partner at itoy nakatira sa bahay ng mga biyenan ko kasama ang dalawa namin anak at gusto na daw nilang magpakasal kaya gusto daw nya magpa-annul. ano po ba ang laban ko dito attorney? meron din po kaming agreement na nakafile sa aming HRano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

moderator
adultery is not a basis for annulment. if he files adultery, use the agreement to prove that he consented.

thanks po for the response. how about po sa pagbabanta nya sa aming HR na patatanggal daw nya ako sa aming company sa kabila ng alam ng lahat na hiwalay na kami at may agreement nga po kaming naka-file sa aming HR.
