Hi Atty.

I would like to ask if a notice to explain can be issued twice?

For example, a notice to explain on failure to comply to established standards is issued and then the explanation unearthed other offenses.
Can a second or another notice to explain be issued on another ground?

Thank you so much and your reply will be much appreciated.
