i had a first marriage 1998, fixed lang at tinakot lng ako ng kapatid, under 18 pa lng. hndi tally ang mga details ng birth cert nya sa age nya nung marriage nmin. dinagdagan ng 1year kc 17 p lng sya nun. at bngyan lng ng fixer ng parent Consent para matuloy ang civil wedding, hanggang sa mwalan kmi ng contact. wala ako knowledge asan na sya. then ngkarelasyon ulit ako, nagkaanak ng 3 then later nagpakasal ako ulit, this time ok na ang mga Papers at kmi mismo ang naglakad ng documents. nagkaroon kami ng 4 kids.Illegitimate sila, Problem ko ngayon, dko maayos ang knilang mga NSo Papers kc lumalabas ung first Marriage ko sa CENOMAR kya d ko mailipat sa apelyido ko ang mga bata. first baby ko 1999, 2nd babies 2001, nagpakasal kmi 2002. paano ko po mapa Null & Void ang 1st marriage ko para maayos ko na ang documents ng mga anak ko esp para sa School purposes.. since 1999 pa po kami nagsasama ng misis ko until now. we are happy with 4 kids. plls advice. thanks.

you just described how you committed bigamy. i recommend you file petitions to declare both marriages as void, with the second based on some formal defect, not bigamy.
