Arresto Menor
I hope somebody can give a legal advice. I'll try my best to make this short.

Background: 12 years na kami hiwalay ng first wife ko, nagpakasal kami dahil nabuntis ko sya, after 2 months umalis sya samin at wala na kami communication since then.

Question: Ano po ang dapat ko gawin, parang whether I agree or not to cooperate sa annulment parang ako ang talo dahil bigamy ang kaso ko.
