nabuksan ko lang po itong site nyo at natuwa ako kc may mga ganito palang forum sa pilipinas na nagbibigay ng free advice. actually po i have a problem, i resigned from my employer yesterday and the effectivity of my resignation is today. the reason of my resignation is clearly stated in my resignation letter, and that was urgent because i will be going in other country. the sad thing is they don't accept my resignation because they told me that i have to finish my obligation in the school. sya nga po pala may pinirmahan po akong kontrata na nakasaad po dun na for 2 years i have to stay in their school or parang di po sya contract kc parang sa pagkakabasa ko parang appointment letter lang po yun at wala po silang kopya na binigay sa akin, i don't know po kung nakanotarized po yun. naka 1 year pa lang po ako at may natitira pa pong isang taon. ang tanong ko po ay may (1) may karapatan po ba silang hindi tanggapin ang resignation ko kahit patapos na po ang school year? (2) ang sabi po nila pwede daw po nila akong baliktarin at kasuhan ng breach of contract, tama po ba sila dun where in fact di ko alam kung valid po yung contract ko kasi wala nga po silang binigay sa aking kopya? kailan po ba matatawag n valid ang isang contract? sa case ko valid po ba yung sinasabi nilang kontrata? please enlighten me po kc naguguluhan na po ako at hinaharass po nila ako ngayon sa text.
