Problema ko po mga relatives ko na nakatira ngayon sa house and lot ng MoM ko. Bale dati di naman sila nakatira dun at nangungupahan lang. Pinatira ko lang po sila dun nun time na namatay si Mom para di na sila umupa ng bahay. Nag umpisa po ang problem nun time na naging addict sa shabu yun isang anak ng lola ko na abnormal o kulang sa buwan. Pinagtitripan nya pamilya ko. Hinipuan nya anak kong babae, nagsasarili sya sa harap ng asawa ko, sinisira nya mga gamit namin at kung ano ano pa. During that time nasa abroad po ako kaya nagdecide nalang po ako na paupahin family ko ng apartment kasi ayaw ng mga relatives ko na umalis dun or ilayo yun addict na tito ko. Hanggang sa ngayon nakatira sila dun samantalang family ko umuupa. Di daw sila aalis dun dahil ang tunay na may ari daw po nun ay ang Nanay nila (lola ko). Nakita ko po kasi sa title na donated yun house ng lola ko na sakin nakapangalan at yun lot eh kay mom nakapangalan. Malapit napo ako magbakasyon at gusto ko napo sana kuhain ang nararapat at legal na sa akin. Pano po ba ang tama at dapat na steps kong gawin? Nag iisang anak lang po ako ng Mom ko at nakapagpagawa napo ako ng sole heir declaration sa abogado. Pagpayuhan nyo po ako.
