Magandang araw po sa inyong lahat. Ano po ba ang dapat gawin dun sa lupat bahay kong nabili nuong 1998. Nang gumawa po kami ng deed of sale buhay pa po yung mag-asawang owner pero hindi pa namin natransfer sa pangalan namin dahil assume lang po yun at nakamortgage pa sa SSS nuon and then natransfer sa Balikatan. Sa totoo lang po for forclosure na ito pero may financer po ang housing organization namin na payag bayaran ang property at kunin ito sa Balikatan and then i-loan kaagad sa PAG-IBIG para ma recoup kaagad nila ang binayad nila. Kaya lang po in quandarry po yung financer kung paano ilipat sa pangalan ko ang property (bago iloan)na patay na po yung magasawang original owners. Nung mag-execute po kami ng deed of absolute sale ang anak nila nuon ay dalawa pa lang, ang panganay ay may diperensya po sa pagiisip at ang 2nd son po ay 4 or 5 years old po at ang bunso 1 yr. old pa nuon. Namatay ang husband nuong 1999 at ang babae po nuong 2006. Kelangan pa po ba kaming magpagawa ng extra judicial papers or sufficient na po yung Deed-of-Sale.na naexecute noon?
