GOT "HIT" IN MY NBI CLEARANCE (MINOR SHOPLIFT ISSUE) ~ is this possible? please help me atty.

Kakagaling ko lang po sa NBi kanina para kumuha ng clearance and i got "HIT". i remember way back 5 years ago na involve po ako sa shoplifting pero minor pa lang po ako noon. 14 years old pa lang ako. nung nasa security ofc ako ng mall, kinuha lang po nila ang info ko at pinauwi ako. eto po ba yung reason kung bakit ako na HIT ngayon?

maawa po kayo i need an advise kasi gulong gulo na ako ngayon at kailangan ko pa ang clerance para sa ojt ko for the summer. please po atty.

naku!!!!!!!!!!!gayan din problem ko natatakot ako pag kuha ko ng nbi hit ako.............pag nangyare un katapusan na ng buhay ko Crying or Very sad

sir, ganun din po yung situation ko, yung sa ken nga lang po is statement lang po ang kinuha and i was only grade 6 then... bale 8 years na po ang lumipas..

ang tanong ko po ay kung mag'aappear pa po ba yun pagkuha ko ng nbi?

if you look at my constant advice, just wait for your clearance to come out. you will have a record only if there is a criminal case against you pending in court.
