kc po may incident n ngyari may motor po ksi na hinabilin un pinsan ko sa akin may monthly ammortization pa ito..ng-abroad ksi cya..sbi nya ayaw n din nya ituloy ang hulog..kung gusto ko daw ko n lng magtuloy..kaso hindi ko din itutuloy so balak nmin ibalik ko n lng dun sa pinagbilhan nya dahil mtgal n din nmn ndi ginagamit.nun ibabalik ko n po ayaw magstart dhil binahayan n pla ng daga so pinaayos ko muna sa kaibigan ko ksi putol mga wire ska nilinis n din nya. after nun another friend asked if he could borrow the motorcycle so sbi ko cge but balik nya agad ksi ibabalik n nmin sa pinagbilhan. unfortunately when he parked it na-carnap.. sbi ko kumuha cya pulis report then dpat cya ang magsettle ng full balance dun sa financing dahil nsa possession nya nun na-carnap..gusto ko lng po sna humingi ng draft ng kasulatan n pwede ko papirmahan sa knya na he takes full responsibility sa ngyari at sa balances ksi nga po un pinsan ko nmn ang kawawa kapg hindi nya un binayaran! ano po mga details pwede ilagay sa draft ng agrement..really hope you can help..thank you..and if possible un document lng n khit un nkawala lng ang signatory tpos papanotaryo nmin..ksi nga nsa abroad un pinsan ko pra lang may pinaghahawakan kmi n tlgang papanagutan nya un! salamat!!
