Arresto Menor
sir good pm,

article 285:
2. Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative

minsan po kasi may mga bagay na nagkakamali ako pinapaissuehan na po kaagad ako ng memo although alam ko pong ang memo is to remind the employee of their duties and responsibilities to the company..

yung parang hindi ka pa rin ina-acknowledge as an employee of their company.

meron po bang pwedeng ifile na case like
*moral damages or emotional distress something like that?

thanks in advance attorney

what you quoted is a basis for you to immediately resign without notice period. you can file a case of unjust vexation or physical injuries
