Arresto Menor
Since technically, akin iyung mga gadgets, can i file her a 'robbery' or theft case kung ayaw niyang magbayad? big problem ko kasi papunta siyang dubai. In bad faith na kasi po para sa akin although may 'intent' daw po talaga siyang magbayad pero wala talaga eh. help po the best possible way to recoup my loss.

no, it's not robbery. imo, your best remedy is a small claim case.
