hi atty;

need some legal advices and help.

1. i have a wife married on march 2005 but we separeted since july 2008, not legally based separation.apparantly in those few years of of time we haven't seen each other, but suddenly this year of march she email me and ask me for annualment. but i can't afford for that matter. pero sabi ko po sa kanya na kung gusto nya po magpaanual pwde naman po basta hati kami.

2. i already had a mistress and with 1 daugther and preparing to give birth next month. but how can i help them if the charge agains with them. i known that my previous wife had an affair with other men outside because of too long years we never been seen.

3. the reason why we separate with my wife. is i caught her with an other affair with other guy when she was working in casino in 2008 but. when i give way for her to live he got all the evidence that i have when whe separate in our house the computers and the picture, now therefore this year she asking me for anualment and if i will not pursue it she will take an action for file against me and my mistress. how could i solve this problem. as of now i just wanna have a happy life for my kids and mistress. and i know my legal wife already had a happy life too. i already silenced since that few years ago but she is blackmail me. and dom't know how to do .keep email me and curse my family and saying bad words. how could i surpass this problem.

if you are living in with your partner, then you are vulnerable to a charge of concubinage. recommend you neutralize the threat by living apart.
