1. You are being engaged on a probationary period of six months from your employment date. During this period, your job performance will be evaluated by your superiors based on reasonable standards and your adherence to company policies made known to you at the commencement of your employment. Within this period, either party reserves the right to terminate this employment offer by serving one month of written notice on either side.

tapos po may ganito pa:

To ensure the stability of operations and optimize our resources effectively, we will require you to commit to stay with us for at least one (1) year unless there are serious matters beyond your control like health issues. SHould you fail to complete this commitment, you shall indemnify (current company), within five (5) days from demand, equivalent to two (2) months compensation.

if you read the other threads, you will see that once you resign, the company can file a complaint to collect the bond from you, and you will have to defend yourself in trial.

whether they will allow you to resign without paying the bond is a choice for management.

mongkz, filing a case against you is within the company's prerogative. it will be up to their evidence and the validity of the claim whether it will prosper.

30 days is proper
