My daugter is with my parents since she was three weeks old until today... Almost 5 yrs now. I was seventeen when she was born and my parents paid for all the hospital bills and they supported her for everything that she needs, and so much more. I left her Because i was afraid that my boyfriend, the childs father, and i would go separate ways. I lived with him since then and we got jobs and got busy. Hinayaan n lng muna namin yung bata sa kanila kasi noon, when she was 5 mos old kinukuha ko xa kasi nga nagkatrabaho naman kami. My mom said saka na mahihirapan ka pa so i respected her. ngayon,, gusto ko makuha ang anak ko. Pano kung ayaw nila ibigay? i mean mas may rights ba sila over me?

Im not a Lawyer,,, go and talk to DSWD,,, i was told that a child SHOULD BE WITH THE MOTHER UP TO 7 YEARS OLD.... after 7 years old you will have a hard time to get back your child..

if you are listed as the mother in the child's birth certificate, then you have parental authority over the child. talk and persuade your parents first. use an escalating strategy. bgy complaint, then report to dswd or women's desk of pnp, the case in court or prosecutor's office
