good day i juts want to know po kung mag file ako ng annulment kailangan ipaalam ko muna po sa asawa ko.Kasi where both in abroad.Please help me for an answer

same tayo ng sitwasyon Jaskell. dagdag katanungan lang po. Halimbawa po ayaw niya pumayag na ipa annul ung kasal maari pa din po bang ituloy or may solusyon/way pa bang gawin ang pagpapa annul?
