Last pay/Backpay: One year ang inaabot before i-release.

Meron bang batas na nakasaad kung kailan pwede makuha ang lastpay/backpay? Cleared naman ang clearance. Nandyan naman na ang lastpay check. Iniipit lang ni Finance Manager at ang laging dahilan ay "Wala pang budget".

Any advise?

May batas po ba para sa mga employeer o payroll employees na hindi nagbibigay ng payslip, o magbigay mam 1 month delayed. Di tuloy namin malaman kung anu ano ang kinakaltas sa sweldo namin.

angel, it should be a reasonable period which for me is sixty days. you can file a money claim at nlrc.

gerry, you can request for an accounting from your HR

Ask ko lang po kung may right ba i hold ng ex-employer ko ang clerance ko at Final pay ko, dahil sa mga unliquidated cash advances ng mga employee?i was the one handling po kc cash advances ng mga,employee, lahat ng mga receipts nila for their liquidation to their cash advances sakin po pinapasa, and ginagawan ko po un ng Credit memo every month,but there is one employee na nag claim2 na naibigay na dw nya ang mga receipts nya for the specific cash advaces nya, but she has no proofs na pinareceived nya po sakin,pero wla naman po talagang syang ibinigay, dahil lang po sa reason na yan kya hindi ma process ang clearance ko, i resigned almost 1 year ago na po, and until now un po ang sinasabi sakin na reason kung bakit nahohold ang clearance ko,since isa po sya sa mga signatory ng clerance.Ano po ba nag pwede kong gawin?may right po silang gawin un sakin?unang-una po hindi naman po aq ang nag cash advance at wla akong utang sa company.Please po i need help.salamat po

tiger lilly, in my opinion, yes, until things are cleared up. but your remedy is to file a money claim at nlrc.

Hello! I Need you help. Cleared na ako from my previous company nung: August 17, 2012. and Now it's November 5, 2012 Di pa narerelease back pay ko and another thing i can't hear any information sa HR. anong dapat kong gawin?
