ayaw nila ipapasign sa akin.but ang mother ay pina aknowledge ako sa profile ng hospital..i have the proof also na half kami ng participation sa hospital bec of the reciepts and also the prenatal and medicine reciepts.sa hospital profile, pina sign ako sa mother,eh kaso ung lolo niya pina erase ung name ko.pero mismo halos lahat ng tao dito sa amin probonsiya alam ako ang tatay kasi when nag bubuntis pa ang girl, nasa bahay namim.tapos nung nanganak na hindi na ipinipikita ang bata..i dont want this matter turn out into a big problem, kasi both of our family kilala ang isat isa.ayaw ko sana ng gulo, pero even once hindi ko nakapiling ang anak ko ng dahil sa lolo niya.tingin nyo po anong laban ko dito sa situation that sobrang bitter????and if the time comes na mag ibang bansa ako,in what way ko mapadala ang supporta sa bata???ayaw ko ipadala sa nanay kasi i don't trust the mother.

if you were not allowed to sign the birth certificate, you are not legally recognized as the father. try to file a case at the bgy first and you might end up with an agreement

since the mother is a minor, be prepared that they might file child abuse or seduction charges against you.
