Gud morning po Sir/mam,
Hihingi po sana ako ng payo. kasi po yung kapatid ko po eh may anak, kasal po sila ng nanay ng bata pero magkahiwalay po sila dahil malayo yung pinagttrabahuhan ng kapatid ko.
Nagpapadala naman po ng sustento yung kapatid ko, 5000 per month po ang pinapadala, kaso yung nanay hindi nya kinukuha sa Cebuana kasi nga daw po maliit daw yung padala. Ngaun po, ang sabi ng nanay eh pupuntahan daw po nya yung kapatid ko para ihandcarry yung court order na sa tatay para magpadala ng mas malaki. Nagbigay na din po ng notice ang cebuana dahil nga po sa hindi kiniclaim ng nanay yung mga padala ng kapatid ko. At ang sinasabi pa po ng nanay eh magaabroad daw po xa at iiwanan yung bata sa tatay nya na may ibang pamilya naman.
Tanung ko lang po,,
1. hindi po ba dapat sa kapatid ko iwanan yung bata since aalis ng bansa yung nanay, wala pa pong dalawang taon yung bata.
2.Chaka po, pwede po bang magdemanda yung nanay sinasabing hindi nagpapadala yung kapatid ko samantalang xa yung hindi kumukuha ng pera sa cebuana? at pagkatapos mananakot sila na may court order na ihhand carry yung hipag ko para sa kapatid ko?
3. Yung bata po kasi nung 3 months old palang xa, pinapadede nila ng yakult, binbigyan ng moby at pinapakain ng jellyace nung 6 months old palang xa, nung 3 months old hinahaluan din po ng kamote yung dede ng bata para daw masanay na agad sa solid foods. Pwede po ba naming gamitin itong mga ito para hindi mapunta sa pamilya ng babae yung bata kung sakaling magaabroad yung hipag ko?
