Ano po ba pede ko ikaso dun s kabit ng asawa ko? lam nya n nga may asawa't anak patuloy p din sya pumapatol.may mga pictures po ko nila n nghhalikan. may mga pictures din sila nkpost s facebook with my husband's friend. may mga private messages din po ko na nakikiusap sya n wag na idamay ung mga friends nya s gulo namin etc..

what if ung babae ung nagpapadala ng pera sa husband ko? meron po kasi ako nakuha n ML kwarta padala form with the name of sender and receiver's name and their relationship nakalagay dun girlfriend. pede na ba un evidence to complaint this girl? ano po grounds pede?

please give me an advise what will i do. may plano po kasi ako na kausapin ung parents nung girl parang di kasi alam ng parents nya ung ginagawa nyang pagpatol.ano pa po ba mga enough proof/evidences na kelangan ko iproduce?

In relation to my previous question, pede po ba ko lumapit sa barangay para magreklamo? para sila mismo ang magdala sa akin sa bahay ng girl na un? tama po ba ung gagawin ko? thanks po sa mga previous nu na reply. it really helps...

yes, you can file a complaint first at the bgy. after that you can claim monetary damages by filing a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph

aside from filing small claims case. What would be the next step? what is the usual decisions of the baranggay after complaining that girl.. bibigyan ba sya ng warning etc.. tnx again...

bgy can try to get you to reach some form of agreement or arrangement, and if failed, issue a certificate to file action.
