meron po ako gusto ipa consult sa inyo i was married with my first wife way back 1999 at mga 2 years lng kami nagsama at nagkahiwalay na kami were both young shes 19 and im 20 dahil nabuntis ko sya kaya kami nagpakasal sa kagustuhan nrin ng magulang namin but after nun nagkahiwalay kami mga 2yrs lang kami nagsama, masyado sya materyalistic at may kakaiba sya ugali na mdalas namin pagawayan, nakapag abroad kami parehas at continue ang sustento ko sa anak ko na 10,000 pesos a month, nung minsan humihingi sya ng pang dagdag tumangi nko kahit na alam ko sapat na 10k sa anak ko at pinapadala ko un sa nanay nya kc un nagaalaga sa anak ko sa madalit salita tinatakot nya ko dhil alam nya na nagasawa ulit ako, alam ko mali ang pagpapakasal ko last 2006 dahil sa gusto ko ulit lumigaya,ang mali ko lng d ko agad inasikaso ang annulment ko dahil sa khit pano alam ko d gagawin sakin ng 1st wife ko un dhil regular nman ako nag susutento ngaun gusto nya ko kasuhan ng bigamy kung dko ibibigay ang 25,000 pesos na monthly ano po pwede ko gawin at ano katibayan kung magbibigay bako nun eh makakasigurado nko d nya kakasuhan? at pwede pa ba mag pa annuled ako? i need some advice

moderator
you can still get an annulment, but you will still be liable for bigamy. your 2nd wife also if she knew you were married. was the ceremony in the philippines?
