Arresto Menor
Our manpower agency is suffering financially. The principal client a Dental plant where my employees have worked for more than 5 yrs, told our workers they will be absorbed to another agency along with the guaranty of length of service. Our workers consented to this in writing and signed a quitclaim with us. We already submitted an ETR to DOLE without notice; do we still need the 1-month notice if our employees has already given their consent? What are the possible complications that may arise from this? Thank you.

it will become relevant only if anyone complains, but you are required to give the 30 day notice
