My friend's wife sold their conjugal property to her sister but the absolute deed of sale covered only two separately-titled lots but no mention of the house built on the two lots was made. Does this mean that the house was not sold? The house has its own tax declaration number.
Can my friend apply for a new TDN and petition the court to have the sister pay additional money for the improvement? What is the best thing to do?
