Hi Atty/s,

Eto na naman po ako, ang hirap po pala talaga pag walang pera tsaka kulang ang ibendensiya.

Atty, may bago pong bill HB 5734 about sexual infidelity, pwede ho niyo po i-explain kung pano ko po to magagamit against my husband and his mistress?

Hindi ho kasi nag cooperate ang parents niya at nahihirapan na ko kasi ang bagal ng usod ng kaso.

Bill pa lang po yun at hindi pa batas. so hindi pa magagamit laban sa asawa mo.

if he is not sending support, send a demand letter to his last known address then file a complaint for econ abuse at the prosecutor's office. it will be his burden to prove that he has been giving support. most prosecutors don't accept the 'no job' excuse.
