good day po.
almost a year na po akong hiwalay sa dati kong asawa. nag paplano po akong magpakasal ulit sa kinakasama ko ngayon. kaso di po kami annulled nung una. sa Manila city hall po kami kinasal nuon 2004, kaso ang nakalagay sa marriage cert. namin ay sa san juan city hall ginanap yung kasal. pati po ang office nung reverend na nagkasal sa amin ay sa san juan naka address. binago din po yung address ng una kong asawa, pinalabas na taga san juan sya na hindi naman totoo. wala din po kami parehas marriage license.
ang tanong ko po pwede po bang ma null and void ang kasal namin kung sakali?
mas mura po kasi ito kung ipapa annul e.

what is the basis to allow exception from marriage license?

they didnt require us to get a license. fixers nga sila. pero meron kaming record sa nso. i really want to get my first marriage to be null and void to avoid any problems in the future pag nagpakasal ako ulit.
please patulong po.
