Good day. I just want to ask for ur legal advice. Here's the gist of my story atty. im working in a good company, eventually a former colleague asked for my help to refer her to a lending agency or person. At first, she was insisting that she will be d one to borrow.knowing her status na walng work at nagdispalko ng pera sa dati nyang work sa isang tv station, hndi ko tnulungan. Come 1st payment sched, wlang laman ung atm na pinahawak sa ngpahiram, nagduda nko kya ive done my best to contact the HR & found out na hnd na pala active un payroll acct atm na ipinahawak nya. From d start pa lng may deceit na nangyari. Salamat and waiting for your favorable response.
