Good day atty. Gusto ko lng po itanong since nandito po ako ngayon sa Saudi, pwede po bang iapply yung Affidavit of Paternity sa Philippine Consulate dito? kse ako po mismo yung mag aayos. Ipapadala ko nlng yung Birth Certificate nya acquired at NSO at yung affidavit dito na...

addendum lang pa, may mga kailangan pa bang docs from the mother who is in the philippines right now? does she need to present id's or just a handwritten consent letter?
