Hi! I have been married since 2005, but have moved out of my 'family' Aug last year. I am planning to file for annulment. My wife had continuous affair since 2008 at her office. If I file for annulment, can it be commanded that we pay half of the fees?

you can ask for it but no guarantee that the court will grant it
