Question: Can I ask him monthly support since my son is an illegitimate? what is right support my son gets?

Hingi po sana ako ng advice kung pwede ko po idemanda yung husband ko, hiwalay na po kami pero sinisiraan nya po ako sa fb account nya and dami po nyang nilagay dun na kasiraan sa akin. pwede po bang evidence ang fb account na print ko po yun bago ko pa nya na close ang account. isa pa po nakita ko sa fb account nya yung conversation nila ng gf nya may pa i love you i love you pa sya. nalaman ko din po na nag sasama na sila. alam ko po yung address nila.

meron din po akong kaibigan na common friend namin na handang mag testify na sa kanya yung fb dahil nasa friendlist po nya dati yung ex husband ko, at meron din po silang exchage conversation tungkol sa paninira at sa gf na inamin ng ex husband ko sa kanya. ready po syang mag testify.ano po ba ang dapat ko ikaso concubinage po ba at written defimation or libel? salamat po!
