Hi Atty,

Ask ko lang po ang magandang gawin sa situation ng Misis ko. Siya po ay kinasuhan ng bankong pinagtatrabahun nya ng Qualified theft, together with her Manager and Asst Mgr. My wife is working as bank teller only. Based po dun sa complaint ng bank, My kinuha daw po sila na pera amounting to 1.6M thru illegal withdrawals by forging signatures. Pina gawa din po cla ng affidavit na inaamin nila ung kasalanan nila subalit ito po ay pinabulaanan din nila base sa payo ng abogado nmin. Ayaw po maki pagsettle nung complainant sa kanilang 3. Sa ngaun po ay inaantay na lang po nmin ang "resolution" ng kaso. Sabi po ng fiscal is aabutin daw po ito ng mga 30 days para malaman kung kakasuhan or mag iissue na cila ng warant of arrest. Bale 19 counts po ang kaso ng misis ko. Natatakot po kmi kc sabi ng lawyer nmin is non-bailable dw po ang kaso at possible na makulong sila. Buntis pa nman po siya ngaun at meron pa po kming isang maliit na anak. At ako nman po ay aalis na ppunta abroad pra mag trabaho doon. Anu po ba ang magandang gawin nmin? What if magtago na lang po cya or pumunta sa ibang lugar, kc po kawawa nman po cya kung makukulong cya kc nga buntis pa po cya ngaun. Need your advice at tulong po.
