i want to know if it's considered libel when the human resource person intentionally prints your name in an insulting manner, for example :rose pango ilong, dennis panis, unano sendaydiego. in the minutes of the meeting, instead of printing gregorio sendaydiego the hr prints unano sendaydiego. the minutes is signed by the manager and is now distributed to the branches of the office for their copies. the employees in the branches took note of the misprint and informed mr. sendaydiego of the fact. can mr. sendaydiego now file libel? if yes, against who? pls. help . . . .
