I bought a unit off plan from one of the country's largest developers.
To cut a long story short (I can give you all details in private), i bought a "P" unit from a condo developer. the developer combined my P unit with the O unit and then tried to pass off the Q unit to me. I refused to accept the Q unit as it is substantially inferior.
The developer has ignored my case.
If i were to take them to the courts, what compensation/damages can i pray for from the developer? Based on which laws and jurisprudence?
