my husband and i were married po sa manila city hall he was 23 i was 19yrs old that time. secret marriage po ginawa namen obviously kame nalang po ang pumirma inbehalf of our parents dahil di kame papayagan. at thru fixers po.after 2 yrs i got pregnant then we found out na valid yung kasal namen dahil may copy po sa NSO. nalaman ko nalang po na may nabuntis yung husband ko after i gave birth, i didnt do any legal actions kase diko po alam ang gagawin.pinalampas ko nalang po, after 2 year po ulit i got pregnat sa bunso namen,nalaman ko po may nabuntis nanaman syang ibang babae. nagkaanak pa po sila ulit,so 3 po ang anak nya outside our marriage.sa galit ko po and i want to move on nag abroad po ako, nakabalikan po kame then nagdedemand po sya ng monthly sustento, di naman po ako pumapalya,hanggang ngayon po hawak ko pa po mga receipts katibayan na nagreremit po ako ng pera,ako na po halos ang bumuhay sa kanila..sa galit ko po nalaman ko nambabae naman sya gumati po ako,i had an affair din po,pero just get even with him.pero 3 months lang po yun para lang talagang gumati.then i went back abroad po since nasa kanya po mga anak ko inuubliga nanaman po nya ko magpadala ng pera, kaya nagpapadala po ako, paguwi ko po this year nalaman ko nagsasama na po sila ng huli nyang mistress sa bahay namen at hinahalubilo po nya ang mga anak nya sa labas sa mga anak ko.napakasakit po. My question are : Ano pong kaso ang pwede kong i file? grounds po rin ba yan for annulment? gusto ko rin po sana kunin cutody ng mga anak ko. thanks in advance
