Arresto Menor
Ask ko po may co-worker po ako who is regular employee.. and then nabigyan sya ng 11 days suspension dahil may nailabag sya sa code of ethics ng company namin. april 24 to may 8, po yung suspension nya. then last may 7, 2012 nagpasa sya ng resignation sa manager namin na effective april 24 eh nagresign na sya. then march 9, 2012 dapat magreport na sya sa office kasi tapos na suspension nya di na po sya pumunta dail may work na daw sya. which is sa contract nya as regular employee nakalagay po dun na hanggat nagttrabaho sya sa company na ito ndi sa pwede magwork sa iba. AWOL po ba iyon kasi nagpakita sya ng may 7 para magpasa ng resignation letter which nilagay nya april 24 para mabura yung suspension nya. dapat mag render sya ng 30days pero di na po sya nagpakita. tas gusto pa po nya magpaclearance at pinayagan ng board officers ng company at nagbaba sila ng memo na pagbigyan na lang. may nilabag po ba sila sa batas?

Reclusion Perpetua
If there is a breach for failure to give 30 day notice, it has been rendered moot and academic when the board of directors accepted his resignation. So don't worry about it.
