1. What are the existing laws that relate to condominium properties in the Philippines? Can you send me a soft copy of those laws?

2. What is the legally correct formula for association dues? What should and should not be included (clubhouse maintenance, lobby, elevators, etc.)?

3. When can association dues be allowed to be charged to the unit owners?

4. The developer registered a condominium corporation with the SEC this year, without the consent of the majority of unit owners, is that legally correct?

5. Can the condominium corporation be dissolved by a majority vote from the unit owners?

look them up in hlurb website

there is none.

if they are members of the association, which is mandated upon purchase in the contract

your remedy is to rally other unit owners and grab control of the HOA
