Good day atty., ask ko lang po, last year po naissuehan ng WLO at HDO ang sister ko sa DOJ, pero nkapag apply po sya ng ADO at na-allow po sya na umalis ng Pilipinas from May - December 2011, pero hindi po sya nakabalik ng december, dumating po sya May 2012 na. Nagreport po sya sa DOJ at ang sabi po sa kanya sa DOJ need uli nya humingi ng court order na payag ang court na umalis sya ulit ng Pilipinas ngayon June 2012.

Nagtataka po ang lawyer nya kasi wala naman bago WLO o HDO na naissue sa kanya, bakit daw po kailangan na kumuha sya ulit ng ADO?

Secretary po sa DOJ ang nakausap nya na napaksungit po kaya hindi na sya nakapagtanong ng maayos, dahil wala daw po sya makuha na maayos na sagot. basta ang sabi lang daw po sa kanya mag apply ulit ng ADO.

Tama po ba yun? Na sa tuwing magbabalik bayan ang sister ko, mag aaply po sya ng ADO? kasi po magastos din magbayad ng ADO considering na nasa probinsya po kami, pag aayos pa lang halos isang linggo na ang nasasayang sa isang buwan na bakasyon ng sister ko.

Bakit po need na irenew un ADO nya eh wala naman bagong WLO o HDO? un dati po nya na WLO at HDO may order na po ang court na ADO.

Sana po ay mabigyan nyo ako ng kalinawan sa bagay na ito, salamat po.
