kung sinanla po ba ng mother namin ung lupa na pag-aari nla ng father namin at namatay sya ng di pa nababayaran ang utang. Ano po ba mangyayari kung di pa po nabayaran ang utang at ang taning ay itong June na laman? Pareho na po sila ng father namin na patay na. At ang nakapirma lamang sa kontrata ay ang mother namin at kapatid namin sa ina. Pwede po ba marimata ang buong property kahit mother lang namin ang nagsanla at wala kaming alam na iba pang anak niya. Paano po ang share ng father namin sa property pwede rin po ba ito marimata. Legal po ba ang ganitong kontrata at pwede po ba nya ito marimata kakit hindi ito naipasok sa RD.

is the property titled? where is the title?

is there a proper real estate mortgage document? is it annotated on the title?

i recommend you take possession of the property and do not leave without a court order.

titled pa po ang property sa parents namin. Nasa pinagsanlaan po ang titulo. Sinanla po ito ng mother namin bago sya namatay nitong Jan. 21. Hindi po ito mapatatakan ng pinagsanlaan dahil mali po ang ginawang mortgaged contract. Hindi po pinaalam sa aming iba pang anak. Hindi po namin makuha titulo dahl hindi namin mabayaran utang dahil wala kami pera. Paano po kung itong June na taning ng pagbabayad. Pwede po ba marimata ang buong property kahit mother lng namin ang nagsanla at ung kapatid namin sa ina. Silang dalawa po ang nakapirma sa mortgage contract bilang mayari ng property. Valid po ba ang mortgage .
