Attorney pls. advise naman, 9yrs napo akong hiwalay sa una kong wife, nagsama lang po kami about 3yrs. at hindi kami nagka-anak, at before po kaming naghiwalay nagpagawa muna siya ng agreement in present of our lawyer at pinirmahan namin na no intervention both of us while we separated pati narin sa financial siya ang babae sya pa ang may gustong nagpagawa nong agreement. Ngayon Attorney may live-in partner na po ako and we have a 2 kids.

the most important thing is whether you can prove a ground that your marriage is void. look up the grounds for annulment in the forum
