Good day! May i Ask if a woman in a common law marriage allowed to use her partner's surname in legal documents such as birth certificates and land titles? Thank you!

What happens if you get married without a marriage license here in the philippines? Is it invalid if a couple got a civil marriage without a proper procedure?

in general, yes, it will be void if the marriage is without a marriage license.
